Deposits
A deposit holds your time and goes toward your service. Sets and fills take one; the booking page shows what it is.
Canceling or running late
Twenty-four hours' notice moves your visit and your deposit with it. With less notice, the deposit is kept.
Add-ons and changes on the day
A removal or a longer visit is priced by the time it takes and what the work needs. We tell you before we start.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never expected.
