Aftercare

The first 24 hours, and after

A few habits keep a set neat until your next fill.

  1. 01
    Day one

Step 1: The first 24 hours

Keep your lashes dry. Skip steam, saunas and hot showers aimed at your face, and avoid rubbing your eyes.

  2. 02
    From day two

    Step 2: Washing

After the first day, wash your lashes gently with a lash cleanser and rinse. Pat the area dry rather than rubbing.

  3. 03
    Every day

    Step 3: Brushing

Brush through with a clean spoolie each morning, from the middle of the lashes to the tips.

  4. 04
    Always

    Step 4: Near your eyes

Skip oil-based products, oily cleansers and mascara, which can loosen the adhesive and pull on the extensions.

  5. 05
    Every two to three weeks

    Step 5: When to fill

Book your next fill for two to three weeks later, before the set has thinned out.

  6. 06
    When you're ready

    Step 6: Taking them off

Please don't pull extensions off. Pulling takes natural lashes with it. Book a removal instead.

At home

A clean spoolie does most of it.

Keep a spoolie by the mirror and brush gently each morning. If an extension feels loose or a lash looks twisted, leave it and tell us at your fill rather than pulling at it.
