Short answers before you book

Every two to three weeks. Natural lashes shed on their own cycle and the extensions go with them. After a longer gap there may be too few left to fill, and your artist will tell you before starting if a new set is the better choice.

Hybrid mixes single extensions with fine fans, so it reads defined or feathered. Volume puts a fine fan on each lash for a fuller look. Mega volume uses denser fans for a dramatic one. You choose together at your consultation.

We hold 15 minutes for a fill and 30 for a full set. After that the visit is shortened, not extended, because the next client is booked behind you.

We ask every new client for one before a first set. It shows how your skin responds to the adhesive. It helps, but it can't predict every reaction.

Reactions can happen. If you notice burning, swelling, redness or blurred vision, tell us, and call your doctor or go to urgent care.

Mascara isn't needed and can pull on extensions, so please skip it. Keep lashes dry for the first 24 hours. After that, wash gently with a lash cleanser and brush with a clean spoolie.

Visits are for the client, 18 and over, and no children are in the studio during appointments. A friend is welcome to wait in the entry.

A deposit holds your time and goes toward your service. Sets and fills take one. If you move your visit with 24 hours' notice, the deposit moves with you.

We fill our own sets. Another artist's extensions come off first so we can see your natural lashes, and then a new set goes on. Book the removal ahead of your set.
