Your first visit

A first set takes a little setup. This is the order it happens in.

  1. 01

    Step 1: Book your visit

Book a consultation and patch test, then your set. The consultation is the first conversation about your lashes and the look you want. The patch test shows how your skin responds to the adhesive.

  2. 02

    Step 2: What to bring

Bring a few photos of looks you like, and a list of allergies and any past reaction to tape or eye products.

    • Photos of looks you like

    • Allergies and sensitivities

    • A comfortable top

  3. 03

    Step 3: When you arrive

Come with clean lashes, no mascara or eye makeup and your contact lenses out or ready to come out. Arrive about ten minutes early, and park in the lot behind the building.

  4. 04

    Step 4: What to expect

Your artist looks at your natural lashes, you choose the style together, and then you rest with your eyes closed while the set is built. Plan two to three hours.

  5. 05

    Step 5: Afterward

You leave with aftercare in writing. Book your first fill before you go, for two to three weeks later.

The patch test

A small test, before the first set.

We place a small amount of adhesive near your eye area and you watch the spot at home for a day. It helps, but it can't predict every reaction, so tell us about allergies and sensitive eyes at your consultation.

  • Booked ahead of a first set

  • Watch the spot for a day

  • Tell us about any reaction

Good to know

  • Who should wait

If you have an eye infection, have had a recent eye procedure or are being treated for an eye condition, check with your doctor before you book.

  • If you react

Reactions can happen. If you notice burning, swelling, redness or blurred vision, tell us, and call your doctor or go to urgent care.

  • Contact lenses

Take them out before you lie down, and bring a case. Your eyes stay closed for the whole visit.
