Fills and removal
Keep the set going, or take it off gently.
A fill every two to three weeks replaces what has shed. Removal is done with a remover, never by pulling.
Natural lashes shed on their own cycle, and extensions go with them. A fill replaces the ones that have gone and tops up thin spots, so keeping to the window keeps the visit short.

How it fits together
The fill window
Come every two to three weeks. Fills take 75 to 105 minutes, depending on the set.
After a longer gap
Too few extensions may remain to fill. Your artist tells you before starting if a new set is the better choice.
Removal
Extensions come off with a remover and cotton pads while you rest. It takes about 30 minutes.
Another artist's set
It comes off first, so we can see your natural lashes. We don't fill another artist's work.
Changing your style
A fill keeps the style you have. For a new look, we'll say whether a new set is the way there.
Pulling them off
Please don't. Pulling extensions off pulls out natural lashes, too.
